Terms and Conditions

By registering a company on ValuedWatchesExchange you agree to these terms.

1. Marketplace role

ValuedWatchesExchange provides listing, chat, exchange workflow and fee collection tools. Title and quality of goods remain between the two businesses.

2. Listings

You must describe products honestly, including color, size, quantity, condition and value. Admin may approve, pause or remove listings.

3. Cross-category exchange

Cloth, watches and other categories may be exchanged with each other if both parties accept.

4. Fees

The live admin pricing rule applies when an exchange is accepted. Demo or gateway payment must be completed before shipping/pickup.

5. Disputes

Open a dispute in the transaction if goods are not received as agreed. Admin resolution is final on the platform.

6. Blocking

Accounts that misrepresent stock, spam or abuse chat may be blocked.

7. Changes

These terms are edited from the admin panel. Continued use means you accept the published version.
